We use residential and commercial materials from Australian Suppliers, like Press Metal Aluminium, Darley Aluminium Pty Ltd, Wintec Aluminium. All our windows and doors have met Australian Standard (AS)2047 – including AS1288. For details criteria, please refer to Australian Window and Door Performance Compliance.

We proudly provide 7 years warranty for the products we manufactured. However if you do not require us to install the windows and doors. We cannot provide any workmanship guarantee for installation.

The warranty covers:

• paints or powder coating – exclude scratches caused by everyday uses
• moving parts, likes locks and wheels
• the joints and water resistances around the joints

The warranty does not cover:

• the glass
• the damages caused by inappropriate uses and infrequent maintenance

yes. We are fully license glazier. We can install doors and windows if required. All the works are guaranteed with 5 years warranty on water tightness and sealant we used.

1) photos of inside and outside of the windows and doors.
2) if sub frames (sub-sill and sub-head) are needed
3) if timber reveal is needed and if so what is the size (90mm for brick veneer structure, 140mm reveal for double bricks)
4) completion time of installation or manufacturing
